RITES Recruitment 2022: Qualification/Ability

Nominees should have four yrs full time degree in Engineering (three years graduation in case of non-engineering graduates, BA/BBA/B Com) or 3 years full time Engineering Diploma or ITI pass (full time) from NCVT. / SCVT in the trades mentioned in Annexure-I organized by UGC and AICTE, State Government / Government of India.

RITES Recruitment 2022: Salary

• The salary of the selected nominees varies according to the posts. Rs. 14000 per month for the post of Graduate Apprentice and Rs. 12000 per month for the post of Diploma Apprentice, Rs. 10000 per month has been kept for the post of Trade Apprentice ITI pass.

RITES Recruitment 2022: Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on Interview and Panel will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Interview.
• Management reserves the right to limit the number of nominees to be called for interview which will be probably scheduled in the month of August 2022.

RITES Recruitment 2022: Apply Procedure

• Engineering degree/diploma nominees should be registered on National Apprenticeship Training plan (NATS) web portal ie. www.mhrdnats.gov.in and ITI pass/graduate BA, BBA/B Com pass nominees should be registered on National Apprenticeship Promotion plan (NAPS) Portal. www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
• After getting registered on NATS/NAPS Apprenticeship Portal, as mentioned above, interested nominees need to login to NATS/NAPS Portal using their User ID/Email ID or Password.
• After logging in to the home page, candidates have to click on “Establishment Request” and select “Search Establishment” option from the drop down menu.
• Click on “Find Establishment”, page appears with 2 “Search Criteria”, viz. Option to search for 1) Preferences and 2) Installation name.
• Select the name of establishment from the search criteria option, candidates have to type “Rights Limited” and click on “Search” option.
• Once nominees Click on Search, Apprentice Vacancies in RITES Limited. To appear Candidates have to click on the establishment name “Rights Limited” and select “Apply” button.
• Once the nominees clicks on the “Apply” button, a message as “Applied Successfully for the Training Program” appears.
