In the same sequence in Rail Kaushal Vikas Scheme, certificates were given to 92 trainees by various training centers of East Central Railway on 7th and 9th March. Presented certificates to 18 trainees who were trained in various trades at the Electric Traction Training Center of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Mandal. Down PM Kaushal Vikas Scheme, at the end of the training period in Carriage Repair Factory, Hainaut, 20-20 trainees of Machinist and Welder category were given certificates.

Along with this, 15 trainees received training in Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana Training Center Samastipur and Mechanical Factory Samastipur, and 19 trainees at Signal and Telecommunication Training Center Danapur were given certificates. Trainees expressed satisfaction on completion of PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana training. He has found this PMKVY training very useful in increasing knowledge and building confidence.

Purpose of PMKVY Yojana

• The basic objective of this Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana is to provide training skills to the youth to bring about qualitative improvement in various professions. This ability will improve & upgrade the employability of the youth. Under PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana, 100 hours of training is being given in 18 working days in 75 training centers and 07 production units of 17 zones of Indian Railways.
• Through these 75 training centers, a goal has been group to provide technical training to 50 000 youth by the year 2024. Under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana, youth in the age group of 18 to 35 who have passed class 10th can get free training on the basis of merit. This PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana will improve the employability of youth and will upgrade the PMKVY skills of self-employed youth.
