• The post carries the control of All India Service. Therefore, those who are ready to serve anywhere. May be applicable in India only.
• Candidates applying for the post in connection with the advertising will not be allowed. to withdraw his candidature later. The candidate selected by NHAI should not be denied. offer of assignation. If he declines the offer of assignation, his candidature will not be considered for any further assignation by NHAI for a period of two years. Date of cancellation of offer of assignation.
• In case of selection on deputation basis, candidates who are above 56 years of age: No need to apply on the last date of receipt of appliance. Candidates who are about to retire. within two years from his parent cadre, also on the last date of receipt of appliances
