• Manage and drive a team of sales executives to achieve the set parameters
• Get the target number. / price (login and delivery), cross sell
• IRR, PF, Doctor Fee, Insurance Penetration
• PDD Collection – Invoice, Insurance, RC
• SO/SSO Productivity
• Ensure TAT, FTR of cases logged and disbursed.
• Track non-starter cases and provide solutions
• Regular audit and compliance of the line team to prevent fraud.
