Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labor Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) OR two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labor Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) with least 9 years chief involvement with Personnel/HR/Welfare/IR capabilities in an assembling unit/PSU.

Management Trainee (Human Resources) Post:
